• Place candle on a stable, heat–resistant surface away from flammable objects before lighting.
• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn to keep wax clean and burn nicely. This step also helps reduce black soot.
• Burn your candle for at least 2 hours on the first time. This helps create an even melt pool and reduce tunneling.
• Allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the glass/ vessel.
• Avoid burning candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Keep candle out of reach of children and pet.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Make sure the candle is completely extinguished before leaving the room.
• Stop burning candle when it has only ¼ inch left.

As a fervent fan of Spy X Family and anime at large, I found myself irresistibly drawn to the unique anime-inspired candles by Onee Scent. While the market is flooded with rather lackluster anime candles, these were a refreshing change that stood out with their distinct creativity, beautifully resonating with the theme. Despite my initial hesitation, owing to the paucity of reviews and the slightly steep price tag, I plunged in, spurred by past disappointments with "anime" candles.
The delivery did not disappoint. The thoughtful packaging was impeccable and the addition of charming stickers was a delightful surprise. Each candle stood as a testament to excellent craftsmanship, mirroring the website images to the T, and filled the room with wonderful aromas.
Allow me to delve into the specifics of each candle from the Spy X Family triad.
"Twighlight," designed for Loid Forger, exceeded my expectations. The scent, an embodiment of Loid, was potent without being overpowering, permeating every corner of my basement. The presentation, with its guns and green gemstone, perfectly complemented the candle. This one truly stole the show for me.
Next, we have the "Thorn Princess" for Yor Forger. The intricate juxtaposition of knives and flowers in red wax was a fitting tribute to Yor's dark assassin persona. The semi-sweet rose scent threw its magic far and wide, though as someone not too keen on floral fragrances, it wasn't my personal favorite. Nevertheless, it's worth a try for those who favor floral tones.
The "Starlight" candle, inspired by Anya Forger, was charming but felt slightly off-theme. The macarons, moons, and ribbon seemed more suitable for a Sailor Moon theme. Scent-wise, it reminded me of a gentle semi-sweet clean laundry smell. Unfortunately, the scent's subtlety was a drawback as it didn't spread far, and I often forgot it was even lit.
One crucial factor to consider is the cost. The set came to $76, including shipping, which averages $25.33 per candle. Given they're handmade, the quality justifies the price, but bear in mind, without a discount, you're looking at $36 per 8oz candle with shipping.
To wrap up, Onee Scent offers an unparalleled, superior quality range of anime-themed candles that are a trailblazer in the industry. However, a little research into the scents you prefer would be beneficial, considering the premium you're paying for these 8oz handmade candles. I eagerly look forward to expanding my collection with more of Onee Scent's candles. A Jojo's Bizarre Adventure set would indeed be an intriguing addition. Got the 3 of these candles as a gift from my fiance for Christmas and have been a bit slow with review. These candles are amazing best I have ever smelt and all unique. The appearance and attention to detail taken really makes them stand out, Oneescent also took such extra care with the package it was stunning with paper and wax seals, some samples and beautiful stamps. The only issue is having to open something so beautiful and I am not even sure I can bring myself to light these candles. I love oneescent attention to detail and the time and effort they put in to their packages and customers so much so that spoiler alert I bought the One Piece candles for Ace, Sanji and Luffy which again have been such an amazing experience and once again bought Zoro's candle now that it's back in stock. I can't wait to see more candles and ideas from Oneescent, it will be a 100% purchase if it's a show I like. Only complaint which I know oneescent has no control over is the custom fees and costs so for me one candle is nearly hitting triple digits (Just means it makes more sense to buy a few at a time where possible just some times my bank account says no. If cost wasn't an issue without a doubt I would love to buy doubles of all mine to have one to keep and one to light they are so pretty.
